We ask that all dogs are up-to-date with their vaccinations, flea, and tick treatments for the safety of our guests.

Owners are financially responsible for any loss or damage to the family home or property whilst their dog is boarding.

Please disclose any relevant health information, such as recent injuries or illnesses, before your dog's stay begins.

Full disclosure of behavioural traits, including house training status or anxiety, is required to ensure a suitable home environment.

In the unlikely event of an emergency, we will contact you immediately and follow the advice of your designated veterinary surgeon.

New furry friends are welcomed after a successful meet and greet and a trial overnight stay to ensure a perfect fit.

A 20% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your dog’s specialized home boarding spot.

We require a minimum of four days' notice for cancellations; otherwise, full payment for the booked stay is due.

While we walk in most weather, extreme conditions may result in a cozy 'duvet day' indoors for your dog's safety.

Both the client and Wendy's Doggie House agree to provide two weeks' notice should you wish to cancel ongoing arrangements.
